Competitive Bank Loan Bidding
When market conditions favor a bank loan, Concord solicits bids from local
and regional banks using a Request for Proposal written specifically to meet
the client's needs. Once the proposals are received, a comparison is
made between the costs of a bank loan to an underwritten bond issue.
Concord has successfully tapped into the commercial bank loan market for
approximately one-third of all its clients' financings.
