Christopher M. Gibbons
Chris is a founder and principal of the firm and has over 35 years of experience as a financial advisor and 6 years in municipal management.
Chris’s experience is in the general municipal area, where he has been involved in all phases of financing, both general obligation and revenue debt. This experience includes structuring financings for both large and small issuers, using competitive and negotiated methods of sale, completing bank loan and bond issues, credit analysis, and rating agency presentations.
Chris has experience in all types of municipal transactions, including fixed-rate and variable-rate financings, refinancings, and general consulting.
Chris is a graduate of American University (B.A. in Political Science; M.P.A. in Urban Administration).

Daryl S. Peck
Daryl is a Principal of the firm serving a wide range of clients, including municipalities, municipal authorities, school districts, colleges, universities, and other nonprofit entities. Daryl joined Concord in 2002 as a Senior Financial Advisor and became a Principal of the firm in 2005.
He has over 21 years of experience in the municipal finance industry and an additional 11 years during his tenure as a Vice President with a bank corporate trust department. During Daryl’s tenure at Concord, he has become instrumental to the firm’s clients in creating tailored and creative financing structures to meet individual client objectives. His experience includes specialization in Tax Increment Financings and other special tax and revenue-backed financings.
Daryl is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Economics.
